I’m Rachel

Mum of four. Nature lover. Recovered stress head!

I support people using life coaching to enhance their sense of well-being. Be it emotional, family, work, or health.

I use a mix of life coaching and nature-based healing to help people gain insights and clarity into how they can be more CALM, have more CONFIDENCE, and enJOY life more!

Alongside my work as founder of Parent Sanctuary CIC, I also offer private appointments and retreat days with cold water immersion therapy.

Up to 2 hours to walk and talk. A powerful blend of life coaching for well-being and nature therapy that gives you space to unwind, reflect and find your path to calm, confidence and joy.
Private space, in person or online, to open up and discover ways to create more calm, confidence and joy in your life using The Three Principles life coaching for well-being techniques.
Group retreat days, a valuable opportunity to take a moment to pause and reflect. Learn strategies to overcome challenges you may face in your work and personal life.

Sometimes life can leave us feeling like we’re stuck in the waves on the shore.

Each wave knocks us over, never giving us time to catch our breath, to stand to consider our next move.
