Rachel and Graham will lead you on a day of inspirational talks and activities designed to help you find calm, confidence, and joy. To show you your true power and strength. And to develop your resilience to overcome any of life’s challenges, or weather life’s storms, along the way.
Retreat Days
You will use the power of breath, body, calm, and mind. Learning how the mind really works and building your resilience to deal with whatever challenges come your way.
Led by well-being and health expert Rachel, mum of Hero, a little boy with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Rachel brings the “power of now” to slow the mind, bring clarity and focus to life. Giving you chance to change and the steps needed to move forwards with strength and purpose.
Fitness coach Graham will induct you to the power of Fitness4x4® a unique blend of Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, and Resistance Training that will blow your mind….and possibly challenge your thighs!
One of our retreat days, with an ice bath challenge and fitness program helps people to pause, reflect on their life, and make plans for positive changes in their future.
The intensity of the ice bath challenge can leave you feeling more alive and envigorated, a physical and metaphorical boost to the system.
You will also be treated to a delicious lunch in the glorious Yorkshire heartland, bordering Huddersfield, and Barnsley. And end the day relaxing in an optional luxurious ice bath. Accommodation is available if required.
